Lagi-lagi karena lupa kode pengaman telepon sehingga ponsel salah satu pasien service di tempat Kami harus di hard reset. Berikut ini cara hard reset samsung galaxy pocket neo:
- Matikan ponsel dengan tombol Power.
- Masuk ke mode Android system recovery dengan cara tekan dan tahan bersama tombol Volume up + Home + Power sampai muncul Logo Samsung di layar ponsel kemudian lepas semua tombol.
- Ada beberapa menu:
- reboot system now
- apply update from ADB
- apply update from exter
- wipe data/factory reset
- wipe cache partition
- apply update from cache
- Pilih wipe data/factory reset menggunakan tombol Volume untuk memilih kemudian tombol Power untuk OK.
- Pilih Yes – delete all user data,tunggu sampai proses wiping selesai.
- Pilih reboot system now. Tunggu sampai ponsel restart dengan sendirinya. Selesai...
